Yet, I received terrible service from my home depot. They scheduled delivery and wouldn't deliver. And what's worse is the store employees would not take calls during the day to check on our delivery. The online Home Depot customer service promised $$ would be given to us by management, but was not. Then online customer service (Michael) ignored all complaints about us not receiving what we were promised. It’s nice that home depot participates in such nice activities and hires people to blog about it.
